yes! i am so happy this made its way on to Change Observer.
Conflict Kitchen is a pop-up sort of take-out kitchen that promotes cultural diversity (specifically, the cultures which are for whatever reason at odds with the United States). For four months it has been an Iranian restaurant, and it is now becoming Afghani. Banking on the idea that food can function as a conversation starter and mediator, they have created a space to discuss issues regarding cultural relations, or simply for curious parties to come check out some new grub.
